Oakfield House School is owned and operated by Crookhey Hall Limited.

Crookhey Hall Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Acorn Care and Education Limited, which is part of NFA Group, a provider of children’s services in the UK.

Oversight of the school management is provided through three Assistant Directors of Education, who are employees of Acorn Care and Education, responsible to the divisional Managing Director, and divisional Finance Director, Ryan Edwards.

The responsibilities of the Managing Director are, on an interim basis, currently being undertaken by the Chief Executive Officer of NFA Group, Iain Anderson.

Key decisions are referred to NFA Group’s Board, consisting of NFA Group CEO and CFO, an independent Chairman and three Non-Executive Directors. In addition, the Group continues its robust governance through two established compliance-based sub committees with remits for Quality and Audit respectively and whose members are independent to the Group’s management team.
