Mental Health Day at Oakfield House School

In October the pupils looked at Mental Health, and learnt that not only our bodies need to be healthy but our minds do too.

The pupils participated in different activities throughout the day, which could help keep our minds healthy.

The pupils learnt about Mental Health and what it is, and had a go at: Yoga, Guided dance, Meditation, Exercise outside in the fresh air, and coloured in Mindful Pictures whilst listening to calming music.
